It was terrible for us…first of all it was a self check in which had no English option in using the kiosk. Through translation of a phone app, the kiosk was asking for our Nationality, adress and identity document but did not give us an option to choose Canada. So we tried to phone the helpline and our phone call could not be connected. So with nobody there to help us we were forced to abandon our desire to stay and also forfeited our money that was prepaid. And had to rebook accommodation elsewhere…I would not stay at this hotel again.
