In addition, a covered terrace provides a nice place to take your favorite meals in the fresh air and discuss the activities and excursions for the day ahead.



Because of what the park has to offer, you and your family won't get bored and you can decide what to do every day. As a horse lover, you can explore the green nature on horseback, riding through forests, meadows and fields. Golfers will also find the ideal place to pursue their hobby just a few kilometers away. Otherwise, you can also spend your days relaxing, because you do not need to leave the park area, which you can pursue sports and fun on the premises.



If you want to explore the surroundings, you can walk directly from the house to one of the three nature reserves. On the one hand the Mepperdennen forest with real juniper woods. On the other side is the Geeser river basin with a great variety of birds. Next you will find the Mantingerzand, a unique piece of nature with beautiful hiking trails. In the surroundings you will see forests, dolmens, heath with flocks of sheep, old green villages like Meppen, Gees and Alt-Aalden, studios, museums and restaurants. And you want something different? You can be in Wildlands Adventure Zoo or Museum Village Orvelte in no time. But also modern cities like Emmen and Assen for a wonderful day of shopping are nearby.
