The villa is located in Ses Vinyes, one of the most exclusive develpmentes in Menorca, next to the fishermen's village of Fornells where you can enjoy Menorcan cuisine in some of the best restaurants on the island. You will also have a wide variety of local shops and a wide range of nautical and sports activities in the privileged bay of Fornells.
The villa has a large living room with a large open fully equipped kitchen. It has six bedrooms: four double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. Five bathrooms and a guest toilet.
Also noteworthy are the different outdoor spaces with a large terrace on the upper floor with a dining room, barbecue and stunning panoramic views. Another large terrace with direct access from the living-dining room equipped with outdoor furniture and also with amazing sea views.
