Casa Chinchimbacal, is a beautiful house a few blocks away from the heart of the city, and also from restaurants, parks, museums, markets and more. It is located in downtown Historic Center between the San Juan, San Sebastián and La Ermita de Santa Isabel neighborhoods, just two blocks away from the Bus Station (ADO).

It is a restored house with more than 100 years old, which combines a colonial and contemporary space with a unique and different style of high ceilings, pasta floors and large spaces and also a new addition at the back where the pool and rooms are.

Loved this house! We loved lounging in the yard as it was truly an oasis in the midst of busy Mérida. We loved the separate rooms, main living in the front and bedrooms in the back. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only little niggle would be to add seating in the yard as there were only 2 chairs and one was broken.

Favorite STR Ever

This apartment exceeded expectations and was our favorite short-term rental we have ever stayed in. The layout of apartment was great. Pool was nice. Location was a short walk from centro. It had everything we needed. Could go on and on. 5 stars
