Never met host . But every thing was as pictured. But there is no hot tub. Just the pool. We asked for more cooking items and got them . The chairs inside and outside could use some cushions.

Impossible to locate but great place

It was a nightmare to locate the place. I had read reviews about this problem but the pics of place were great and i thought how difficult can it be with Google maps to locate the place? But, it was impossible to locate it. First the address given led us to a place 20 mins away. Even the locals were stumped! The worst was it was impossible to contact the host or anyone at vrbo. We sat on the street not knowing what to do. An emergency number must be provided. With a lot of help from people around we reached a place with that address but it was a ramshakle house and my heart sank! By sheer luck we asked a young girl and as she walked down the street not knowing about it she returned to say she had found the place.Bless the girl! The house was beautiful though. We loved it! We had a great 3 day stay but every day we got lost. Finally we drew a grid map on paper to locate the place. All said, it is centrally located. We could walk to the cathedral and watch the shows. About the facilities... they should have pots and pans in the bottom shelves. I am 5 ft tall and had to stand on a chair to get a pot. The dish basket was rusty and needs to be replaced. The best was the water dispenser! Great! Otherwise it has a great pool. I think theres a Jacuzzi but couldnt figure how it worked. No instructions on that. On the whole i would have given four stars but the host should provide some guide map to locate it. So three stars it is.
