This hotel was perfect right from getting off the ado bus right there. Was checked in and on rooftop pool in 5 minutes. Everyone organized, pleasant and very friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning

The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby did not have ac, the pool and rooftop was disgusting. It was so crusty and pool was very dirty! However the gym was great. It was confusing having breakfast, only one part of the area was free breakfast, the other you needed to pay 16$ usd and when it got busy it was chaotic. No ice buckets in the room or anywhere! Marriott should be ashamed!

The room was comfortable, and the bed was fine. But there was only a heavy comforter. No layers to peel off. The check-in was terrible We had to wait very long in an extremely hot lobby. Then the complement Breakfast was also not much fun because it was so hot in the room

Expedia told us there was a shuttle so. I was disappointed to find out they don't pick you up from the airport.they only take you to the airport after you have stayed.the reason I booked was for the shuttle so I was extremely disappointed about that and paid extra for something I didn't receive.i blame Expedia for that not the Marriott

Location is great. The general area is noisy at night, however. There is a club nearby that plays very loud music late at night. Staff were helpful when we needed anything. Some of the towels need to be replaced.

The exterior window design gives the feel of a tropical environment. Hotel is situated in an Ecco like mall with lush vegetation and waterfalls. Unique sculptures and artifacts flank the exterior.
