This was the perfect location in Merida. It was walking distance to all central activities and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The building was older but public areas were very nice. We had two connecting rooms with a living room which was very convenient. As with any older property there were some quirks but overall it was a great place.

If you want to be in a location where you’re not too central to the touristy parts and avoid the business, but are able to walk to quite a bit of different locations for shopping, tourism and dining. This will be a great spot for you and your friends. Staffing is great and friendly and provides excellent service.

We stay at this hotel quite often. It is a beautiful colonial building with a lovely courtyard. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It is within a short walking distance to everything and has convenient parking on sight. Highly recommend.

All of the staff were wonderful and very accommodating! However, there did not appear to be many guests. Quite convenient location and perhaps would have more guests if updated? We were disappointed that there was only breakfast / lunch service and no longer evening dinner service. (As a first time visitor to Merida) my opinion is it's a beautiful property that probably could be returned to its former glory if updated and well maintained.

It’s an old construction, beautiful, that needs some repairs … also, they need to add new towels … to make us feel more comfortable or just bring your own like I did for myself ! Gave us a room which was very far and we were traveling with an elder . Elevator did not work and our room was in the 4th floor. The personal very kind , specially the young guy. Don’t know who assigns the rooms but it was very unwise give us a room so far, and the room a/c did not work properly.
