Hemos llegado muchas veces que vamos a Mérida al Holiday In Expess de La isla. Esta vez nos decepcionó mucho el baño. Al llegar solo había una toalla y en muy malas condiciones. No había ni tapete d baño ni toallas de cada. Pedimos que nos manden toallas y solo nos llegaron el tapete de baño y las toallas de cara. Tuvimos que volver a pedir, y entonces si nos llevaron 2 toallas en buen estado, pero al día siguiente solo había 2 toallas y muy viejas y desgastadas. Es una pena que este hoel vaya cayendo en su calidad.
