Nice quirky spot. I would stay here again, despite some shortfalls that I think could be implemented to make the experience a bit more seamless. Pods are great, though it would be nice to have some sort of sound proofing. One of the 2 showers in the male restroom was out of service, and the other one had low water pressure - not to mention it wasn’t as clean as I’d figure for a shared space that’s commonly used. The shower rooms or restrooms could use a bench or more hangers for clothes, especially given the room there is.

The staff were very nice. The sleeping capsules themselves are great. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, AC and TV. It's the "everything else" thats the problem. There isn't room in this hotel to bend your elbow too quickly for fear you might hit someone in the face. There's no privacy. Both the toilets and the showers were disgusting every single day (5 days) that I was there and smelled terrible. The lighting was automatic and would switch off roughly every 10 seconds while using the shower and so suddenly it was pitch black, which is pretty inconvenient when you have soap in your eyes and don't really wanna touch the ground because it's so dirty already. It's also in a pretty ugly part of a city which, honestly, is one of the most uniquely beautiful I have ever visited in my life.

Coming from Ireland. I don’t speak any Spanish. But Fernando was very kind and was able to speak English. The pods are nice and very private. I also enjoyed the area it was maybe a 15 minute walk from the centre! Great choice!

I think it was a really nice experience, but not for multiple nights, it gets very cramped in there with two people at night and is relatively hot but other than that I loved it more for a vibe session less for sleeping

Hace falta mayor atención en la higiene de los baños, las cápsulas, me tocó una almohada sin funda y estaba deshilada y descosida, no cuenta con la infraestructura para colocar tu maleta y poder vestirte, no tenían contendedor de jabón en los lavabos y las regaderas olían muy mal debido a que no cuentan con ventilación, creo que deberían poner mucha atención en subsanar estos puntos, cuando llegue a hacer el check in no había nadie en recepción estuve 39 minutos esperando al personal
