Compare Ski Hotels in Merida

A beautiful hotel in a great location, right by the old market square. We had a wonderful romantic view over the pretty square and buildings from our room with a balcony. Decor throughout was stunning. Room was decorated in keeping with the moorish style of the hotel, very tasteful, unique decor. Bedroom and bathroom were really comfortable, stylish and so clean. We loved the valet parking service too - so convenient (for an extra fee which is worth the hassle-free arrival and departure directly outside the hotel). To explore the sights and go out shopping and to eat we could walk everywhere, no car needed at all, which was great. Breakfast buffet was adequate, typical continental style, I would have appreciated more seasonal fresh fruit and veg like strawberries or fresh peppers, as they are in season now. But there was plenty of cold meats, cheeses, breads, egg dishes and lots of pastries. Another nice touch was that in the foyer there was chilled water, fruit juice and even Prosecco on offer for all hotel guests to enjoy. We had a very pleasant stay and would most certainly return!

This is an out of town hotel, ok for 1 night. Popular with coach parties. No food available until 8.30pm which was late bearing in mind we had been driving for 10 hours. Breakfast was a buffet and ok but the ‘hot’ food was cold. Staff were helpful and suggested ordering room service which stated at 8pm. When we did get an evening meal it was lovely. We would probably look to stay closer to the town but we got what we paid for

Excellent apartment with balcony and enough catering facilities for our stay. On-site parking and easy walk to the centre of Mérida. The complex is new and super clean and appointed. Would really recommend

Helpful staff and a clean comfortable room.

All elements pertaining to the hotel were fine, Staff, Room, Parking. Only issue was the hardness of the beds.
