This spacious 4 bedroom house will be the perfect spot for your next family vacation. Views, unlimited Wifi, boat parking, 2 x living areas and a fully fenced large yard which means your dog can come on holidays with you. Located in a quiet residential street yet close enough to enjoy all that Merimbula has to offer. Take your dog for a morning walk around the boardwalk or go for an early morning swim.

Pelican Lake Holiday House offers all the comforts and amenities you would have in your own home, which allows that home away from home feeling. The raked ceilings and exposed beams allow the Morning Sun to shine in and get you started for a day of adventures or just lounging around on one of the many outdoor lounges. There is 2 main living areas that allows that little bit of extra space. Enjoy the modern kitchen with its great island bench and all the appliances you need including a dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, walk through robe and ensuite, the second queen sized bedroom has built in robes, the third bedroom has a double bed and a small cosy couch, finally the fourth bedroom consists of 2x single beds with built in robes.
The backyard is fully fenced and the perfect size to accommodate your furry friends or even for the kids to run around. There is more table and chairs to be found out the back.
