Welcome to the Victory Vein Room Named in honour of Victory Vein—a once‑in‑a‑lifetime champion born and raised on the farm—this room offers guests a stay steeped in heritage and comfort.

If you love the charm of rural life but also crave the ocean, you’ll find the best of both worlds here. Our farm is set in Meringo, just 10 minutes south of Moruya, with 300 acres of rolling countryside and over a kilometre of pristine beach frontage.

Inside, the Victory Vein Room features its own fireplace, perfect for those cool winter nights when you want to unwind in warmth and comfort. Step outside and you’ll discover a dedicated BBQ area complete with another fireplace, where you can gather around with friends, enjoy ocean views, and soak in the coastal atmosphere.

As a working thoroughbred stud, the property is alive with the rhythm of the seasons. Depending on the time of year, you may even witness the joy of newborn foals taking their first steps—a truly unforgettable experience.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This property is set up for very short stays that don’t require self catering. Basics were provided though I was disappointed by how little care was given in preparation for our stay. I communicated over several messages with the manager who was unfortunately defensive about basic missing items and unclean amenities. These were resolved though unpleasant to have to contend with.
