Our second stop at a Tru by Hilton. Very comfortable room and the bed was very comfortable/firm. Breakfast was perfect temperature and the food area was spacious and clean. Annette should be a trainer for the entire chain! She was genuine and welcoming. It takes a very special person to greet people and make them feel good. She really accomplished that!

Great property. Very safe and clean. One star removed because for 2 days there was no cream for the coffee. Once the very nice lady was working, she took care of it, but 2 days having to go elsewhere for coffee is ridiculous

THE STAFF - Annette and T (I think - morning staff) was phenomenal! Made our mornings so special. Helped us when we needed an early breakfast before heading out. Went way beyond the call of duty. Didn't like the fact that there was no closet. There was 6 coat hangers and several wall knobs for clothes to hang which was ok but would prefer a little different.
