The person who was checking us in couldn't speak English at all, and we don't speak Italian. He demanded from us a city tax of 2eur/person and become very upset when we didn't want to pay it ( that's because according to email from Expedia it should be 1eur/person). We translated the email for him but, nevertheless, he was quite unpleasant towards us. Later in the day some other guy (with a bit of English) waved the payment off but the two of them treated us like an evil necessity till the end of our stay. Hotel's offer includes luggage storage. We were able to use it before the check in but after the check out they restricted this option to only one hour. We were left with no choice but to carry our bags around for next 2h. Moreover, in the bathroom showering and using sink water at the same time might be dangerous: only one can have cold water at the time and if you are in the shower you can boil yourself. In the shower I found traces of someone shaving there ( it was none of us). Overall good location but unpleasant stay.

Sebbene avessimo prenotato e pagato con ampio anticipo, la prenotazione non risultava, siamo stati relegati in una stanza terribile, fatiscente, con condizionatore guasto. L Hotel può essere anche datato, ma è vergognoso che si regga in piedi su una serie di aggiusti e accozzaglia di mobilia. Esperienza terribile.

Le seul intérêt de cet hôtel est qu’il est très proche de la gare ferroviaire et du port pour les départs de Ferries mais il faudrait qu’il soit mieux entretenu, volets impossible à remonter etc... et surtout qu’ils enlèvent la lumière de sortie de secours qui éclaire la chambre comme en plein jour, sans parler du couloir qui reste éclairé toute la nuit avec une porte qui a une vitre. On a pratiquement pas put dormir. C’est dommage car l’accueil très tardif a été très sympathique.

Hotel da incubo. Da Evitare

Mirage: miraggio di un hotel. DA EVITARE. Un hotel da film horror, squallido. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Camera che sembra una cella di un carcere. Condizionatore con funzionalità freddo o super freddo. Balconcino con affaccio sul cavalcavia. Unica cosa buona la vicinanza al centro e ai mezzi come il tram. Orrendo, Da Evitare. Colazione fatta cin le merendine del supermercato.
