Sams House in Metung

Sams House is a newly built holiday rental located in Metung, just a short walk from the Metung Hot Springs. This modern property accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, featuring three queen beds and two single bunk beds. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size fridge, oven, 5-6 burner cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and pod coffee machine. The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and sunlit, complemented by a large outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ and fire pit. For recreation, there's a games room with a pool table and table tennis. Additional amenities include free WiFi, multiple smart TVs, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and laundry facilities. Pets are welcome; however, the property is not fully fenced. Parking is available with two driveway spaces and a large grassed area suitable for boat and trailer parking.
