Lage direkt am Deutschen Tor, sehr zentral, eine Parkgarage fussläufig erreichbar. Die Whg war in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Ein Französischer Balkon war dabei. An sich war alles OK. Die Räume sind nacheinander eingereiht wie im Zug. Die Toilette auf einem Ende und der Waschbecken an einem anderen Ende der Wohnung. Somit durchläuft man die Küche und das Wohnzimmer um die Hände zu waschen. In der Küche lässt sich die Spülmaschine nur im ca 65 Grad Winkel öffnen - sonst rammt man mit deren Tür die Wand. Am sonsten ist alles da inklusive Bügelbrett Wäscheständer Bügeleisen Schampos und Kaffemaschine etc.
