I was never told by using a debit card it was going to charge me two times during my initial check in. There was loud music playing at 8 am while im trying to sleep. Room was good but the beds were very itchy and when I went to check out the staff were not very empathetic with the situation with me being charged twice but unfortunately it is what it is. Have been here 3 times prior and never had this bad of a time.

Insatisfacción

The room looked great and was extremely cold. It took approximately 30 rings before they picked up at the front desk. When they did they sent up a guy. The guy was supposed to check the heating system and didn’t know how. He handed me 2 blankets. He said he would bring a space heater. He didn’t show up. We slept cold. The room was cold when we got out of the shower. No offer of a switch of room and they had many rooms available. Noise level is high. You can hear the cars racing down the street and people talking past 3 am. The only plus is that the restaurant is great!
