Great stay at the premium level!

We had a great stay. The hotel is fantastic, in a very good location. Helpful staff. We stayed at the premium level, which comes with access to the premium lounge, which has free snacks and drinks (including wine and beer) in the evenings. Fabulous!

Expedia recommended this property during our search for Mexico City. It was in a central location for the areas we were seeing. They are doing construction outside the hotel so scaffolding was present but did not take away from access to and from the hotel. All the staff were great. Lots of services available on site such as currency exchange, restaurants, gym, spa, and barbershop and many more. They also have travel services if you need them. The package we chose had the breakfast buffet included- which had something for everyone. Sonora Grill for dinner was also great- the steaks and food are great. The hotel was able to accommodate the two beds request. We would stay here again for our next trip to Mexico City.

I love this hotel! The room was massive, modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Amazing views, it’s quiet. The onsite restaurants are very good. It is on a busy street however it is walkable. I didn’t get my room cleaned daily but they called everyday to see if I needed anything. There are smoking terraces on every floor so no need to go all the way down and outside. One thing that would be nice is a closer convenience store. I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone considering this place.
