Pretty good sized room but nothing that stood out. We were looking forward to the pool but unfortunately it was under renovation and that was a big bummer. Service was above average but also I didn’t feel like it was outstanding service. Overall, it was a good experience!

The location is close to multiple attractions. The staff is very welcoming. During rainy season is great to have an indoor pool, kids loved that they can enjoy it. The hotel has room service with delicious and a variety of options all day. Even being in a busy street “reforma” the hotel is double panel and is quiet. The over all feel of the hotel is nice and this is our second stay as our experience has always been positive. We recommend this hotel 100%!
