Courteous staff, spotless room. Recommend getting the Premium+ room with access to beautiful VIP breakfast plus computers available. Room 1208 was too noisy (avoid that room - loud rolling carts), but once I was moved away from the staff stairwell, it was quiet and peaceful all night. :) Staff was willing to help with anything we asked. I would definitely stay there again!

Poor hygiene but otherwise OK.

The room was dirty, and not vacuumed during my stay (I left crumbs to check). Surfaces hardly cleaned or not at all. Very disappointing. Lifts take an age to come. But the hotel location is good.
