Pésimo Servicio y comunicacion

pesimooooo!! el hotel nunca nos proporcionó la info para poder hacer el check in! el teléfono nunca lo contestaron los mensajes tampoco, estuvimos más de 5 horas esperando resolución de Hoteles.com y tampoco solucionaron tuve que buscar otro pero medio día perdido NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!!
