This is a kind of old hotel, with little to no improvement in several years. For the price paid is OK, but I wouldn't stay more than one or two nights. The shower got flooded, room ventilation was very poor, elevators were noisy, the people was very good and at our service. Gym is minimum

Convenient location, close to restaurants and shops and reforma. Looks good from the outside but rooms are dated, furniture old. Rooms need some renovation. Staff are also arrogant and unfriendly.

Todo estuvo excelente solo tengo dos observaciones que no me agradaron. 1- Cuando llegamos el señor de recepción (ya se miraba grande, quiza unos 50~60), nos trato de manera despectiva y no nos hizo el check-in, hasta que tuvimos que hacerlo con otra recepcionista. 2- Las sabanas tenian una mancha cuando recien llegamos. Afortunadamente solo era la sabana superior.

Honestly my stay at this hotel was a bad experience, when we arrived, the AC didn't work, so I got another room, but this one was so dirty, and mattress was uncomfortable. Bad experience.

I guess the only issue I saw was the fact that our las day we check out at 5:50 am the bell boy wanted to help us with the luggage but we refused and with that I guess he got mad because no one opened the outside gate, we had to do it ourselves so we could leave.
