We have stayed repeatedly at Camino Real Polanco. Dollar-wise and location-wise, this is -if not the best- one of the best places to stay when visiting CDMX. The architecture is glorious, the staff is very friendly, and the place is well maintained.

Have been going for 40 years

Room service is much better than before - chilaquiles are very good. Room maintenance lacks - shower door scrapes on entry - room 1512 - light can be seen through door at night, entire piece of wood falls off on closet, shampoo bottle doesn't work.... little details. We stayed two weeks at Xmas and then another week over Holy Week. Much improved, but can be better. Phones from 1970 and TV offerings are very poor. Need to have better web-site / better electronics. Restaurants were empty.... muy "desangelados".

O left my refrigerated me some behind and when asking for it just a few hours after checkout they deny the existence of it. Not even gave a chance of believing me. Just a plan and simple "sorry, the maid said there was nothing inside the fridge"

We loved our stay at Camino Real Polanco! The architecture is super unique and really cool to walk through—it feels like part of the experience. The whole place was really clean and well taken care of, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful the entire time. There are tons of great food options at the hotel, and everything we tried was seriously tasty. We especially loved the breakfast buffet—it had so much variety, and they even did a fun Easter-themed breakfast while we were there, which was such a nice touch! The location is awesome too—it’s just a short walk to Chapultepec Park and the museums. And whenever we needed to go further, there was always a taxi ready to go. Our son had a blast in the pool, and overall, it was just a great place to relax and explore the city. Would definitely stay here again!
