Check in staff was so rude, they make me wait in line for 36 min, even though I already make the line by my room was ready. They lied to me and never took care of me until I talked to the manager, blue passport holders where treated as pop stars! I will never come back

The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and the Hotel was accommodating to that, late check in was smooth and much appreciated. We enjoyed the Mezcal Bar. The pool area was nice, water was warm (heated pool).

Architect and filmmaker couple enjoy Camino Real

This is an incredible hotel designed by Ricado Lagoretta years ago but updated beautifully. Full of vibrant colors it is a joy to walk through. The service is impeccable and the location next to the extraordinary museum of anthropology located un the Bosque de Chapultepec. We are also well located to use Uber which is half the cost of taxis to get around. We joined the Camino Club, a section of about 200 updated and well appointed rooms that provides excellent breakfasts included in their club room overlooking 5 stories below an excellent swimming pool. It also includes for one hour in the evening a beautiful display of hors d'oeuvres, deserts and drinks which often substituted for dinner. Finally those attending all our needs in the club room were so helpful and gracious. We left many individual recommendations. We would highly recommend this hotel.
