Amazing staff, always there to offer their help and welcome you. Room was impecable and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The Casa Chloe was so beautiful. Continental breakfast was great and offered at a cute little terrace. Amazing stay.

I really loved it here. The room was so clean and spacious. It had everything we needed! The staff was fantastic and super helpful! Honestly, our only problem was the AC made noise, but I think it's because we turned it on too late. I would absolutely stay here again. I'd love to see other rooms.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Kitchen appliances and nice living room section gave our stay a nice home feeling. Room was cleaned exceptionally daily. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. Location is very good with an easy walk to plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and parks.

Casa Cleo has amazing design detail and is meticulously maintained. The stall is super helpful and courteous. All that and an amazing location in the heart of the trendy Condesa neighborhood. It is safe to walk about at any hour and I believe there are 100 cafes and restaurants within a kilometer. Unless you are scared of sharp looking couples walking French Bulldogs or hipsters, you will love this area. Stop looking and book here! -Kenny G

Excellent experience at this hotel. We stayed in the room on the bottom floor which had its own private, oversized patio with water fountain. Room was spotless. Service was perfect. Beautiful hotel with all the necessary modern amenities. Only missing aspect would be a more comprehensive gym. There were weights, kettle bells, and yoga mats, but no treadmills or machines. But they allow you to use the gym at their nearby sister properties for no additional charge which do have treadmills. I give the hotel 5 stars!

Beautiful room with kitchen and huge bathroom. Very comfortable for me and my adult daughter who slept on the couch-bed. The staff was very helpful with tips for local fare. Neighborhood was ideal to get to all the charming places in Condessa. I would stay here again for sure!

Our first time in Mexico City and we had an amazing time! Our Spanish is very limited so we were very happy that several of the the staff members spoke english. Everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly (maybe even nicer than the pictures). We loved having a full kitchen and patio with lots of space to relax. Our daughter slept on the couch in the living room and our bed was very comfortable. The area is very cool, tons and tons of walkable restaurants, clubs, bars, spas and we even walked to some museums. Uber and DiDi were fast and convient. 10/10 I highly recommend Casa Cleo. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful!!

There isn’t enough I can say about Casa Cleo and how much we enjoyed our stay at this absolutely wonderful boutique hotel!! As if our visit to Mexico City was not fantastic enough, Casa Cleo made it that much better. The hotel was fashionably, tastefully and invitingly comfortable, and hotel’s location in La Condesa was absolutely fitting. We cannot wait to return to CDMX, and we will not think twice about where we will be staying and returning to Casa Cleo. Highly, highly recommend!

This was like an apartment setup with full kitchen and cookware, living room, and sunken tub with separate shower! Loved the complimentary breakfast and washer/dryer. Great location in Condessa and will definitely book again when staying in CDX. Staff were all nice and personable!! Felt safe traveling alone.
