A wonderful hotel! The WiFi signal in my room (209) was almost non-existent, and I didn’t have a mini fridge. The 2 other rooms for guests in my party had great WiFi and a mini fridge. I’d totally stay there again! But avoid room 209. Also, the staff was super friendly and the hotel is really nice.

Everything was good. Getting there late at night the person at the front desk had some music going with some inappropriate language, but nothing I haven’t heard before. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday but when it was, the lady did a fantastic job. The hotel is really nice and I was travelling alone, so it was private and nice. No A/C in the room so it did get a little stuffy, but I just opened the sliding glass door to the courtyard. Overall, great staff and facilities. I apologize that my Spanish wasn’t better.

I loved everything about it. It's beautiful property, especially the cleanliness. Their service was excellent very accommodating. All staff is fluent in English. Loved all the amenities. There is a cute cafe next door that is accessible from the inside of the hotel. It's open early morning to late at night. Easy access to the heart of the city. Always felt safe and took uber to and from hotel. Also very close to airport.

I highly recommend Casa Olea to anyone that is on the fence about staying here. It is such a pleasant stay in all categories. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable. So easy to get to all the museums, food, and shopping. The restaurant/bakery is such a convenient place to get a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner and the staff is friendly. Can’t wait to return here when in Mexico again!

Very nice aesthetics as this hotel is new and still under renovation. The offerings are little to none as far as amenities. I tried to connect to the streaming service and could not use my own passwords. Being that the water in Mexico is unsafe for drinking, you would think water would be complimentary, it wasn't. If you're able, request an interior room.

The property was very nice. There was security that had to provide access to the guests which made it feel very secure. The check-in process was smooth and staff was very helpful throughout the stay. There was also a dinning option right next to the property which was great. Would definitely recommend. I would just keep in mind that you can hear others talking in the hallway.

A quiet, cozy, very central area near the metro and the angel of independence, it is very easy to access any part of the city from this hotel, the area is very safe and quiet.

Pros: Friendly staff, safe location, very clean (daily service), beautiful property, nice cafe attached Cons: No guests past 8pm, building echoes quite a bit so can get noisy, although safe somewhat inconvenient to have to keep ringing a doorbell to get in and out especially with no dedicated smoke area, shower temperature was inconsistent (would go from hot to cold and vice versa).
