To enhance convenience and independence, access to our apartments is autonomous. Each guest is assigned a personal and private code for the electronic locks, allowing for easy and secure entry.

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your stay. Note that some amenities may require a reservation in advance.

The apartment offers a spacious, bright, and fully equipped living space, providing a comfortable and homely experience in Mexico City. We prioritize the safety of our clients and staff by strictly adhering to comprehensive cleaning and disinfection protocols.

We provide minibar service, and the apartment includes a menu with prices for your convenience. If you need groceries, simply inform us, and we can arrange to have them prepared for your arrival or the following day at the latest.

For your security, there is 24/7 access control, and the beautifully decorated lobby is staffed around the clock. The apartment is located on the 21st floor, easily accessible by four elevators. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The dining room can accommodate four people, and in the living room, you'll find two 55" UHD Smart TV with cable access (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), as well as, Netflix and Amazon Prime (please remember to bring your account information).

The property does not have any security cameras or recording devices inside de apartment. The building has security cameras in the common areas, such as parking garage, elevators, hallways and property perimeter.

The access to our apartments is automatic and independent. For your convenience, we have electronic locks with personal and private codes for each guest.

All amenities and private parking are available to our guests, due to the pandemic, we may have to reserve in advance the amenities to comply with the max capacity ordered by the government.

You can't be better located to explore this beautiful city or attend meetings in your office in Reforma or the neighbourhoods around. Most of the attractions in the area are walking distance, however, Uber service is great and will allow you to get in an out of Polanco with ease. You can also use public transportation, public rental bikes or scooters.

Metrobus: The Metrobus is a rapid transit bus system in Mexico City. Line 7 runs through Reforma, making it convenient for getting around the neighbourhood and connecting to other parts of the city. You can purchase a rechargeable card called "Tarjeta Ciudad de México" to pay for your Metrobus rides.
