Cuadra 134 is a safe, clean place to stay. It operates like a hotel and is easy to check in / check out. Staff were friendly and helpful and there is security out front. The restaurant below is always busy and there is an amazing coffee shop next door. The area is also walkable and safe. Tons of great dining options and boutique shopping.

Check in was easy and apartment was designed well and had plenty of amenities including a washer/dryer. However, robes would have been nice because it has a soaking tub. I was not thrilled with the location because it is not centrally located and traffic is really bad so it takes around 20-50 minutes to get to top locations. Also, building is placed in a very busy, commercial street and windows are not soundproof so you will hear ALL the outside noise including ground work that started at 10 pm and continued ALL night. The neighborhood is nice and safe.

Lovely apartments, very clean, comfortable and very well located. Also, the rooms have washing machine, which was a pleasant surprise! I would 100% come back here. The only thing to bear in mind is that upon check in, you'll be asked to pay a deposit and will be given an inventory with everything that the room contains: PLEASE, GO THROUGH THE INVENTORY THOROUGHLY, as our room was lacking a few things. However, I went down to recepction and got them to sign my version of the inventory without any problems.

I will give this property 2 stars based on the location alone. The room does not look like pictured. They tried to give us one towel for two people for a 5 day stay. We were on the first floor and given what we thought we booked through the VIP Expedia designated booking that we should be able to have a different floor. We were told they were full but when I went online to try to book the same hotel for the same nights they had availability. The staff was also not polite at all. The bathroom door doesn't even close unless you try to finesse it into the lock. The dishes in the kitchen area were not clean. All in all, I would stay at another property.

I was there for business with my business partner and my son, staying for five days. The area Roma Norte is fantastic and safe for walking around and the two bedroom condo was clean and full of amenities. There is even a washer dryer for laundry. We were 100% happy with Residencial Condesa and will return next time in CDMX =)

Room was sparkling clean, olive oil thoughtful addition to the equipped kitchen, apt. well designed with high end finishes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent experience. When checking in, the sign off acknowledgement of all the items in the apartment makes no sense since you can't acknowledge the items without going through the apartment!

I highly recommend staying at Cuadra 134 to anyone visiting Mexico City. The neighbourhood is amazing and you have countless options for restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. You feel safe because the area is supervised 24/7 and there is always staff at the front desk. The security, housekeeping, and hotel staff are all very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the bathroom was big and clean. Our room had a kitchen which was very convenient as well as a washer/dryer. Our bed was next to the balcony, so just an FYI that you will hear street noises. It didn’t bother us at all and the balcony was a great space. It’s worth the convenience and comfort.
