Would return as valets, maids, concierge, front desk, drivers were courteous and professional. Wait staff and kitchen disorganized. Food came with different items daily, slow service at times, tried hard but inconsistencies were borhersome. Location is excellent. Good value.

Amazing hotel

We stayed in a large suite on the 10th floor which I believe made us eligable for the continental breakfast and snacks and deinks from 5pm-11pm (which basically was our dinner). Amazing views and we had everything we needed and more. The location right across the street from the Park was great for us. Only thing is that the temperature in the had to be 18C+ which was a bit hot for us in combination with the heavy blankets. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

Fantastic honeymoon stay

Fantastic service. My husband and I spent several days of our honeymoon here. When I mentioned that fact to the concierge, that evening there was a nice note and chocolate covered strawberries and red wine to share. Very thoughtful.
