Our experience was good in general. Good restaurant in the lobby. The only problem was the noise caused by the police outside the hotel as early as 6 am with the whistle that made us to wake up so early and limit the resting time.

When we arrived the room assigned smelled like varnish because the doors and windows were been remodeled. We requested a different room and the very next morning we were moved as it became available. We are very satisfied with our stay and would go back.

This is my preferred hotel for Mexico City trips. The check-in is very easy and the staff is extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet has so many options and you meet so many people during breakfast. The first night I was placed in a room with an exterior window on the first floor which was extremely noisy. The staff was nice enough to move me to a different room where I was able to get some good rest. So keep in mind if you're a light sleeper ask for a room that does not face the main road. That one was also next to the upstairs patio / Jim door so during the day it was constant open and close. However at night it was quiet.
