When I first arrived, he told me that in the morning, whenever I stepped out of my room, to leave my stuff there and they’ll take my stuff to a new room because of “ the kind of room that I bought required me to be moved to another”. Then when I would come back, they would give me the key to my new room and find my stuff there, but I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff somewhere and having it moved somewhere I didn’t know. When I checked into my room, the room wasn’t even cleaned. There was trash and towels everywhere. And when they gave me a second room after I reported this, the second room still felt very dirty, even though it was “clean”. There were hairs all over the bed and all over the floor. As someone who’s pretty picky about where they stay please just spend that extra money to go somewhere nicer.

there was a cricket in my washroom, my key card deactivated daily, my room was cleaned one time after 5pm, my door number was missing last number, dark hallways hard to see. I told front desk and they said they are improving.

We got to the hotel at 530 our check in was at 3. They made us wait for 2 hours to go in the room. The beds are very hard, they only clean every other day. When I requested a new towel they said no, that i had to wait when it was cleaning day. They don't provide a blow dryer or a remote for the tv, you have to leave a deposit for them.

Let start by saying i couple words i wont recommend this place to no one. Receptionists very rude ,we asked for a blanket and we were told no because the cleaning were gone.we asked about why is tv control remote in the room.it comes with a 180 pesos security deposit?room not get clean daily ( i asked them why it dint clean i was told they get clean every other day ) my whole experice it was very bad i dont recommended to no one.

Room wasn’t clean tv didn’t work i ended up paying a fee for a dirty towel after the restroom flooded and use the towerl to clean up the flooded water! I payed 40 pesos at their restaurant for ice which the money was not the issue but the ice was they gave me a cup of ice that was not eatable
