Need to stock more water in the room. Street side. Loud until about 10pm ( bring white noise/sound machine). Forgot my razor. Hotel did not have usual emergency toiletries. ( for an upscale Hotel, a must). They stock a small amount of free beverages and snacks in the mini fridge. VERY close to everything. Excellent. Next door bakery, sushi, quick taco, nicer restaurant. Stayed a week. Would stay again.

I love the room we stayed, it was nice and quiet, even if we the hotel is right on town where there is a lot of expected noise. One thing I would recommend is to apply something to the wooden floors, it can cause an accident to someone walking with socks, the floor was very slippery. Other than that everything was excellent.

I stay in a nice room with a balcony. Walkable distance to a lot of museums, palaces and the National Palace. The terrace and restaurant are being renovated so call before you book.

Amazing stafff. But didn’t understand that we could not smoke on the balcony. We quickly corrected the problem. We unknowingly broke the rules and we did attempt to pay the fine but I never got an email? Hopefully they saw how well kept our room was and we did leave a note and large tip for service. I hope they just forgave us because I will be coming back and I just loved the hotel and the food people running it.

The hotel is beautiful and clean! Great location. Very walkable and safe. Only an 8 minute walk to el zocalo and 5 minute walk to el palacio de Bellas Artes. Beds are so comfortable!
