Small hotel close to centro historico. Nicely redone to use the small space. The rooms are small yet professionally decorated. Restaurant is simple but good. Breakfast is typical Mexican.

Hotel is not in a very good area but I never felt unsafe. Rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant food is good and staff is helpful. Water pressure and temperature suck. Romano at the front desk was awesome.

Clean and location was perfect for walkable distance for Dia de los Muertos events. The staff was nice but the only feedback was they seems not to communicate correctly between shift, since we had arrange breakfast boxes (due to an early morning tour) with the afternoon shift, confirm a second time with the night shift and then when we went the next day, boxes were not made and not accountable for the mistake. They told us no information was written or communicated to them.

My family and I went for thanksgiving and we had a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight in and the staff allowed us into our room 3 hours early!
