Our booking was cancelled one week before we were due to arrive. I immediately booked alternate accommodation through a different platform. I then revived 8 emails and 6 phone calls from Expedia personal wanting to book with them. After the 3rd phone call I was very clear that I did want to receive any further correspondence from them. I then received another 3 phone calls and 2 more emails asking me to rebook with them. I just received this request to rate my stay and given that it didn’t happen, I have rated the whole experience. The hotel is probably very nice but since they cancelled my books the whole experience been a shambles. Won’t be booking with them again.

The location is great, easy walking in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a good breakfast at the hotel also.

We had really bad experience with this hotel. Although the location is excellent, it's horrible otherwise: (1) Upon check-in, we had to change rooms multiple times: -- the first room is a corner room. Very small. No sitting area. No window. The shower/toilet is on one side of the bed. The sink is on the other side of the bed. One needs to walk across the room around the bed just to wash hands after using toilet. And there is a LOUD beep from the hallway every couple of minutes. Sounded like low battery of a smoke detector. We were told the sound/beep cannot be fixed until the next day and offered to change us to a different room. In fact, the beeping sound was NOT fixed for the entire week we stayed at the hotel. -- for the second room, the door could not be locked properly. We were told that it was due to the battery issue. They tried to change the battery but couldn't. -- for the third room, we could still hear the beep from the hallway. After the first night of sleep, I had 5 bites on my arms. These bites became big blisters later on. I went to see a doctor and he said that it's spider bites. (2) The shower water pressure is non-existent. The water temperature change randomly from hot to cold. (3) No windows to see outside. (4) They would give only one keycard for two people in a room. It's a problem when one person becomes sick. (5) Hand/bath towels were missing sometimes. The soap dispenser didn't work sometimes. Don't ruin your vacation with this hotel.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. I didn’t like that there was construction going on, and they very noisy since early in the morning. Also there is a parking lot next to the hotel, and there is constant noice during the day.

Many inconveniences this time, there was a construction on the above floor or nearby room, so i was not able to concentrate while working, i had to take some virtual meetings. Also, the concierge Juliana was not good at customer service.

I had an incredible stay at this charming hotel, Loved my stay in Roma Norte! Perfect location—right in the heart of everything but still quiet and relaxing. The decor is stunning, with so much style and attention to detail. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was ok but I don't know why it was rated so high by other reviewers. My room felt very dusty as if it had been set and left vacant for a while. The second day it felt much better after it was cleaned. The (very small) room is not very comfortable though it has the basics (bed, private bathroom). The best things about this property are the location, free breakfast, air conditioned rooms, elevator.
