Excellent location and condition for price point. I would classify this on the level of a Best Western Plus hotel. I did not utilize the restaurant nor room service so can’t address that. Always someone standing at door for security purposes. Lots of families noted, which is neither good nor bad, just an observation. I read where US Visa Dept is around corner and did note that people had folders of information also. Polite, efficient check in and most front-line staff spoke English. Amazing housekeeping staff (and I mean AMAZING)! I’ve traveled around world and this was among best — you could eat off those room floors. Killer views from upper floors (I was on 11th). Busy street but location is convenient for endless food and drink opportunities. Couple of casinos very close by and Insurgentes subway station is with 5-min walk.

Everything fine til last night. Kids running in hall til midnight. Then parents (?) returned. They talked til 1.30 a.m. Finally called front desk. If I’d wanted such disturbance, I’d gone to Las Vegas

Long Weekend stay

This is my second time staying at PF Hotel. Its location is great and nicely priced. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because there was a smell when the shower was on. Also, I was told I could have a 3pm late check out when I first came in but when I confirmed my check out the night before I was told 1pm. They are minor issues and would gladly stay here again.
