Nice property with good breakfast buffet and accommodating staff. Junior suite was relatively small with very small bathroom. (Knees hit the wall when using toilet). Would look at other rooms at hotel in future stay.)

Great location. Easy to get to from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and some food markets in a walkable distance. Nice home base for a stay in Mexico City. The rooms were more run down than shown in pictures but clean and comfortable.

Very good water pressure for CDMX. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Spanish helps but there are usually some English speaking staff. Gerardo Cruz is particularly helpful if you are looking for advice about the area in English. The restaurant is ok but you can get better selection for a little cheaper within a minute of walking, I only went there for breakfast when I was tired. Had to ask at the desk to get the window closed as there's no latch, it requires a tool, and the seal wasn't quite tight enough so it was still loud unless you press on the window. Overall very good accommodation with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
