The proximity to the center of Coyoacan was perfect. The location was near restaurants. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

We had a generally enjoyable stay at this property, but our departure was marred by an unacceptable encounter with the housekeeper. Despite our approved late checkout for 11:30 AM, the housekeeper and her son arrived at 11:05 AM, pressuring us to leave immediately. Upon checking out at the agreed-upon time, the housekeeper confronted us with a dirty towel, claiming we would need to pay for it. She then falsely accused us of trying to stay until 3 PM without paying. When I brought this to management's attention, I received a half-hearted apology and unsubstantiated claims of noise complaints from downstairs guests. It seemed like a fabricated excuse to justify the housekeeper's behavior. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste. The management company's response suggests they prioritize their staff over guest satisfaction. We would not recommend this property due to the poor handling of our concerns. Pros: Clean and comfortable

Quiet, clean and comfortable stay

My trip was amazing. Staying at Mi Zona Lodging Coyoacan was extremely comfortable, it had all that we needed. The place was clean, and communication was clear. The area is safe, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Very quiet area, and comfortable beds. I will stay here again the next time I visit Coyoacan.
