Very good infrastructure - ver nice property - good size rooms - but maintenance and services not very good at all - except for restaurant staff which was excellent ! A pity more attention is no paid to keeping up with room services! My TV never worked! Reported it every day twice but nothing was done!!

Our stay was horrible to another level. This property does not have air conditioning (they dont tell you until you are there). The inly ootion is to open the windows (87+ degrees) once you open the windows hundreds of mosquitoes get invited to your room to eat you alive. It is impossible to sleep with the heat and mosquito bites all night not stop. There is no one to give answers. The hotel is not pretty, lat of cleanliness, they just give two very bad towels. Do not try it

I have stayed here many times over the last several years. This time was totally different. Previous stays, the rooms were very clean, staff very friendly. This time the rooms were not very clean, only 2 towels and one had several holes in it. I was booked for 3 nights, after the first night they knocked on my door at 4pm asking why I hadn't checked out. Told them I was there for 3 nights not one, they proceeded to ask me for my reservation confirmation. After that they finally cleaned the room at 5pm. The front desk staff are not friendly, not once did they acknowledge me anytime I walked by them. Nobody there to help with luggage anymore. The only person who was friendly was Juana who is a lovely lady making breakfast on the patio. The location is fabulous but the hotel has gone downhill over the last year.

Room 504 with no A/C (Temperature at the time of entry 110°F, no jokes). We asked for a fan and they gave us an industrial one. So we had to decide between the scorching heat or the terrible noise. In resume; one of the most terrible nights I had in my life. I don’t know if all the rooms had no A/C , but now it’s the hottest month in Mexico City and if you are planning to spend a stay in this place, you have been warned. Also the room needs an urgent replacement of floor. There are some missing tiles in the floor which are dangerous at night if you don’t turn on the lights.
