Home was ideally located for our exploration of Mexico City. We were able to walk to multiple locations and utilized Uber and/or the Metro for further destinations. Grocery store, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants are located within the neighborhood, including an amazing Vegan restaurant and a great street taco stand! Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed in all areas including the kitchen. Even stocked with coffee maker and espresso maker! Our host communicated well and check in was a breeze with a personal greeting and tour of the home. Washer and dry were available, glad we brought our own soap. If you are a light sleeper and/or bothered by sound, the home may be challenging for you. Although the windows in the home were "soundproofed" there is still sound from surrounding/attached homes and from the street on weekend nights.

The host was very responsive to our requests! The house is well supplied with everything you would need. We stayed 2 weeks and loved the convenience of grocery store, restaurants and attractions. Uber was very easy to use if something was outside of walking distance. Raul provided us with suggestions of restaurants and sightseeing. Enjoyed the pastries on every street! The house is lovely!

I would give this 11 stars if I could. We had an amazing stay here in November. The apartment is stylish, cozy, and spacious. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home, for maximum privacy. The kitchen has everything you would need, including coffee, and the host even left a few beers in the fridge for us. The location is also perfect - right in the middle of everything, super walkable and close to the bike share. Also, the hosts were great! Super responsive and gave us the option to either leave our bags or check in early because of the flight time. They also greeted us and walked us through the apartment at check-in, and then left us alone. We had a fabulous time and would definitely come back!

Amazing apartment in an Awesome neighborhood!

My adult daughter, her boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment has everything, even yoga mats, which I used. And thoughtful details, including a well equipped kitchen and even a few eggs and three ways to make delicious coffee. We were steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and bars, and Ubers were quick to arrive when needed.I cannot think of a better place to stay for A Mexico City getaway!

Amazing Stay in Roma

This apartment is a great location. Walking distance to many places. We walked to the angel in 25 mins. We walked to El Centro, it took an hour but Mexico City has a lot going on and we were able to stop and enjoy the sites. Popular eateries are within walking distance, tacos Orinoco, panaderia Rosetta are a couple minute walk. There are many cafes near by. There is so much to do in Mexico City, I would highly recommend using this location. We felt safe the entire stay. Raul and Paola are very easy to communicate with and are very responsive.

Excellent Stay in Roma Norte!

My fiance and I had a wonderful time in July at this apartment. Beautifully located; Raul and his team are incredible. They gave us a detailed tour of the place when we arrived (including that you cannot flush toilet paper or drink the tap water). One thing we both REALLY appreciated is that they gave us a 5-gallon jug of water to drink and the outside porches are beautiful. Stay here—you'll have a marvelous time on your trip.

Perfect location and excellent hosts

We have been to Mexico City quite a few times, and this time we took family to join the adventure. We wanted a location that was walkable or only a short car ride away from our plans, had a full set of amenities that would be good for our toddler and my mother that has knee issues, and that had great hosts. We accomplished all of this and more, along with a beautiful condo and safe area to boot. Raul and Catalina were friendly, patient, and available hosts that checked in on us when needed, had great recommendations, and were only a text or call away if we had a question or need while staying there. The apartment had all the comforts of home-- dishes, ability to cook or prepare snacks with plenty of space for 4 adults and a kid. We also were able to do laundry while there. The apartment is also clean and easy to maintain while there. Location-- this area has plenty of places for a solid meal, coffee shops, grocery stores, and to go out for a drink in the evening only a stroll away. The apartment complex also had a beautiful courtyard, door man, and is in a good location to catch an Uber if necessary. Another plus is that it was a quiet stay-- easy for my child to sleep well! The only small thing to note is that there isn't central A/C, but this isn't an issue because there are lots of windows/doors and they offer fans where needed. These only become necessary in spring/summer as the temps in Mexico City are pretty moderate. We definitely will stay here next time.

Great Apartment in Great Location

Apartment is in great location, super clean, very well appointed(great coffee maker) and very spacious. Little balcony on second floor was great for morning coffee and enjoying the sites and sounds of Roma Norte! Thank you Catalina and family for hosting us. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Incredible location & amazing owner

Our group had a great stay at this property. The location is unbeatable - in one of the best locations in CDMX. It was easy to walk out & eat at some of the best restaurants in the city and visit nearby neighborhoods. The space itself was more spacious than the pics show and impeccably clean. The beds are memory foam and very comfortable. The space is well equipped with anything you might need, including plenty of filtered/bottled water. Most of all, Raul was very communicative and accommodating. When we arrived, his daughter Catalina greeted us & showed us around the space. They are so kind and both had excellent recommendations for food, drinks, and things to do around CDMX. They were very responsive with an issue we had during our stay. Out of two properties we stayed at during our time in CDMX, this one won by a long shot. I would absolutely stay here again when I am back in the city. Thanks for a wonderful experience Raul & Catalina!

The pictures only partially show how great the place is! It's also steps away from some of the best spots in Roma Nte/Condesa. Raul and Catalina were super communicative and accommodating. This is the place you want to get in CDMX!

A divine getaway to Roma Norte

Raul met us upon arrival for a tour of his lovely space. (despite a 2-hour flight delay). His recommendations for attractions and restaurants were much appreciated. The property is in the midst of bustling Roma Norte. Surrounded by wonderful architecture, cafes, upscale restaurants, bookstores, galleries and a few short blocks to gorgeous Rio De Janeiro Park. (where great live music always seemed to be playing) We appreciated the 24-hour doorman, washer/dryer in unit and maid service, and also that our host was a phone call away and spoke fluent English. If you're looking to stay in this charming, historic, and bohemian neighborhood, I'd highly recommend Raul's two-story contemporary, loft-style unit. Marvelous space accommodating 4 adults. (ideally couples) Looking forward to 2024!!
