Very nice area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice convenience store one block away. Super convenient to buy drinks and snacks. Our only complaint was the hot water was not always working. After letting it run for a while it would come out warm. Other times it was fine. We had the two bedroom and it gave plenty of space for three adults. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Area felt very safe. I would stay here again if I ever came back.

We thought our check in was 11am because that’s what I requested and it stated this time in our confirmation email. We showed up and we couldn’t check in until 3:30pm. Otherwise, the rest of our stay went well. We booked the two bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and private. I had the master bedroom with balcony view of city. The two bedrooms had their own television. The suite had a small kitchen with stove bad good size fridge. If you’re staying longer this would be very handy. Living room was spacious and I think it had a fold out couch. Bathroom was good size and only in the busy hours (830am to 1030am) morning we didn’t have hot water for shower. We woke up early so this didn’t matter. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to great cafes and restaurants. Uber was easy to use to get to other areas of the city and to airport. If you’re going to some attractions book your tickets in advance. We didn’t get to see Frida Kahlo musea. Sold out Tickets were booked for several weeks in advance.

Easy stay, perfect size for family of 5

Perfect stay for our family of 5, we rented one of the two bedroom plus balcony rooms. Had everything we needed and was a perfect location for us. Would stay again if coming with family.

Beautiful Stay

Our stay at ULIV Cibeles was more beautiful than I expected! The hotel was in a lovely area, walkable to many restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, etc. The room itself was just so modern and clean and lovely! I did not realize the other bed would be in its own private room (we got a queen bed and a king bed) and it was a lovely surprise. The view from the room was so nice and the refrigerator was great for keeping our waters and beverages cold. The gym was really nice downstairs and the patio area was lovely for sunbathing. I had the best time!

Room is good for family, location is safe and convenient. However, my hot water is broken, fluctuating between scalding hot and no hot water every minute. You gotta keep one hand busy fine tuning the knobs all the time. I told the front desk but no one cared to take a look in 5 days. Worst shower experience in any hotel.

This is a great location within walking distance to many of the monuments and museums as well as sights of the area. Always felt comfortable walking around and the staff was always helpful.

When in Mexico City, this is the best. Our first stay and it was absolutely perfect. The head staff: Julio, Daniel and Edmundo took care to be sure we got there from the Airport or bus station. While there, all 3 made sure our stay was to our total satisfaction. There are over 20 ULIV hotels; but, Roma Norte, the area where ULIV Cibeles is located, is the quietest and safest.Tell the boys, PETER SENT YOU

We had a great stay in Roma Norte. Perfect location. Safe neighbourhood. Staff were lovely. Tons of food places, bars and shops! The rooms itself are lovely and modern! But the cleanliness of it can be much better. The floors in the whole room are filthy. Clearly they haven’t been mopped in a long time. You cannot walk around the room barefoot without the bottom of your feet turning black. The water pressure in the bath is very low. There was issues with hot water now and then. Housekeeping can be requested for at an extra charge. We used the room to sleep only as we were out all day so we didn’t need the extra housekeeping. Overall it was a good stay. They need to be more thorough with the cleaning!
