I absolutely loved my stay here. I loved the bubble of the neighborhood, everything I needed was within a 3 to 10 minute walk from the hotel, my favorite coffee shop that I discovered, great bars, clubs, restaurants, and local shopping centers. About 20 minutes away, there is also a huge park, which was a great bonus.
I have stayed at other hotels in Mexico City, and at times I felt judged or received certain looks. Here, it was completely different, I felt like I was always coming home. I genuinely enjoyed talking to the staff about my day, and their engagement felt warm and real. That level of sincerity tells you everything you need to know about a place.
The area felt extremely safe. One night I decided to go bar hopping, and I was able to walk or use Uber comfortably throughout the neighborhood without any issues. I mainly used Uber to get around, but when I did take a taxi, it was incredibly easy to get back to the hotel. All I had to say was 72 Florencia, in Reforma, close to El Ángel, and they instantly knew exactly where to go, super easy and stress free.
The security team deserves a special mention. They were always present, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Please be kind to them if you stay here, they are wonderful.
Honestly, I wish I could have stayed at this hotel forever. The shower was great, and I low-key wanted to take the pillows and comforter home with me.
