ULIV Mexico City is in a great location—there are coffee shops, bars, food stands, and plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Given this, it is very loud at night, even on the 13th floor. As per cleanliness, we found a soiled towel hung up in our bathroom on the first night. While they did provide a complementary cleaning, the experience made us hesitant about the cleanliness of the rest of the space. The rooms are beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies though. Additionally, the laundry room and machines are not well kept. While they do provide detergent, there is powder all over the floor and in the drawers. The machines themselves are filthy, and they do not seem to be cleaned regularly. I would recommend this place for the location and size of the rooms, but if you need a longer rental, I would consider another hotel.

I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay here again. A great place to stay at with beautiful views of the city. Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. And they have a car garage if you need one.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and always held the door open for me, which was a nice touch. Will likely stay at this hotel again. It’s a small walk to many world renowned bars and places to eat. Safe during the day, would suggest walking with a buddy at night and you’ll be fine. Definitely not a quiet area nor a lonely area as it sits in the corner of a very busy intersection with constant honking 24/7. Staff was very lovely and attentive.

Make sure you get a balcony suite to enjoy the breathtaking view, and make sure you check the rooftop bar at night- here again the view is stunning and the ambiance very friendly- there even is a coworking area if you need any work to be done. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk to restaurants every day. You get into your hotel room with a code rather than a key. I actually liked this because it was much quicker than digging out a key card every time we needed to get into the room. There is a full fridge, sink, and water filter in every room which was also very convenient. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only things I feel they could improve are the cleanliness and maintenance. Some of the linens were stained, the floor was not very clean upon arrival, the air conditioning unit would occasionally leak even when kept at the temperature they told us to use, the shower head leaked at the connecting piece to the pipe and it would spray all over the ceiling. The room was also much much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Other than that it was a safe and convenient location for day trips and sight seeing within the city. It’s walking distance from the famous Chapultepec park and anthropology museum.

I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed. Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX.
