Really great space! We booked the family apartment, and there was plenty of room and privacy. The only downsides are that the bed was a little firm and there is quite a bit of light that gets into the smaller bedroom, so definitely bring an eye mask. Otherwise it was great! Good location, and friendly staff! Very clean and we loved the outdoor space. Only wish it had a pool.

The location is good. Lots of good dining options, markets, coffee shops all within walking distance. The apartments are just ok. It’s a weird triangle shaped building. Rooms are odd, no tv service at all other than some apps like Netflix or YouTube that you have to use your own sign ins. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Very busy and noisy street at all hours. Hard to sleep with all the traffic noise. Staff is mostly nice. Except for the one female security guard. She always seems bothered and won’t open the door for you like the others. Fernanda was the best and most courteous. Always cheerful and helpful. Overall this place is safe and just ok.

The hotel is in a great area. Safe, clean and lots of things to see/do nearby. The rooms and facilities are nice and a laundry room is available which was very helpful. Room cleaning/towel changes was extra but not a problem. Staff were good to deal with and able to solve any issues I had. Highly recommended.

Me quede dos dias ahi. nunca fueron a limpiar. les avise y me dijeron que despues de 7 dias lo hacen. asi que lean bien que segun esta en la pagina. me dijeron que yo sacara la basura al S1 y asi lo hice. batallamos en tenerles que pedir cafe, papel del baño. cuando les pregunte sobre una sugerencia para visitar un lugar, y los dos chavos de enfrente super sangrones y no sabian nada y yo senti como muy burlones. no nos llevaron tuallas ni se ofrecieron para nada. Yo no vuelvo a quedarme ahi.

I love the amenities, friendliness, and cleanliness of this hotel. It was very close to plenty of vendors and restaurants. The hotel room alone felt like a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious.
