I checked in at 3:30pm but my room wasn’t ready and after 20min I got my room key but the cleaning lady and handy man were in my room and nowhere close to be finished. I stood in the hole-way and watched and room smelled terribly full of chemicals. No one at the entire hotel spoke English. Worst part is walls are paper thin and I couldn’t sleep from noises outside and next room over. Please never stay here!

Our hotel stay was mostly good, with small improvement ideas that could make a big difference in the rooms! The staff is friendly, the lobby is lovely, and the location is wonderful for exploring Roma Norte. We stayed in a Deluxe room, because of the giant tiled bathtub, which was magnificent! I wish the room had maybe an extra table, and/or a couple hooks to hang things on. We felt like we had nowhere to put our towels anywhere near the tub/shower. A mini fridge would also be a huge help, because we wanted to bring back some beers and snacks to the room. And finally, the bedding left us pretty chilly at night, so an actual comforter would've been good. Overall though, this is a very good value for the price!

Basic hotel, but clean and functional. Great location - close to restaurants and shops in Roma Norte, and only a 5 minute walk to the Cuauhtémoc Métro station on the #1 Line (most properties in Roma Norte are much further away). The hotel has a nice dining area, and simple items are offered for breakfast. Good value!

During my stay at UNIKo LIVING ROMA. At the time of checking I got a room right by the elevator lots of noice. I asked the front desk to please change me to another room where it can be more quiet and be bake to rest. Front desk answers was there was no MORE rooms available. All of a sudden “bingo” I got a different room. When got to the new room I was facing the street and a club. I was not able to sleep the whole night lots of noice coming from outside. I was vwry disappointed of the location as well as the staff of the hotel with the accommodation in place. The location wasn’t the greatest.

La verdad el hotel está excelente. El lobby es tal cual las fotos, las habitaciones son sencillas, sin embargo, están limpias, amplias y bien en general. La ubicación es muy buena, fácil de acceder en carro y cerca de reforma. Cuenta con estacionamiento gratis. Hay una cocineta en el lobby por si te quieres hacer algo sencillo y hay café gratis. El personal es atento. Lo único malo que no es relacionado al hotel como tal, es que nos tocaron unos huéspedes MUY escandalosos. 4:30 am estaban hablando a los gritos y se escuchaba casi como si estuvieran dentro del cuarto. Por parte del hotel quizá poner letreros de respetar ciertas horas ya que se escucha mucho ruido entre habitaciones. O mencionarlo a los huéspedes para que sean conscientes del ruido que hacen y las horas. En general, por lo que pagas está muy bien. SI RECOMIENDO.
