The property was old. This place needs an update badly!!! There was an electrical outage at the hotel so we had no lights in the washroom. The hotel wasn’t dirty. It was just really old and you could see that wear and tear of the place. There is no pool. The best thing I would say about this hotel is the Staff. I have never met nicer and more accommodating staff members from the moment of our arrival. They were very Nice and helpful. We ended up going to Polanco for dinner. It was close to airport

2pm check-in

Very clean room, fast check-in and great location. We were searching for a hotel with early check-in, since we were in wait for our midnight flight. So this hotel was covenient for its 2pm check-in and its great location. Very nice staff, and great service. However, the outside streets seemed a little dangerous at night time so that was one thing to be careful of. Overall nothing special to be noticed otherwise. Standard hotel.

They discontinued their shuttle service from the airport to hotel but that was the reason I booked. They did end up refunding me the taxi fare. The room was nice enough but we got woken up twice by noise around the hotel and the AC emitted loud bangs every 15 min. The property is overpriced and not well taken care of.

After 2 months of a miserable shower the generous flow of hot water was a huge boon that overshadowed everything else. The room is perfectly fine and a good Mexican dinner was had downstairs.

The hotel was fine. Basic but fine But we were extremely frustrated when we arrived about midnight and were told that a van would pick us up and it didn't. And we waited and waited exhausted and we finally got through to them and they said to take a taxi and bring the receipt but the taxi driver couldn't give us a receipt and so we there were there in the lobby for probably 40 minutes asking them to deal with it. Finally, we just went to bed and I guess they dealt with it, but it was very frustrating and exhausting. Otherwise the hotel was fine
