Very pleased! The room was beautiful and clean. My only thing was that I showered at night and wanted to use the hair dryer they provided but it wasn’t working. Overall, I recommend! And would definitely book another stay.

Como administrador de propiedades de renta vacacional en Los Cabos, fue muy evidente para mi que en Wynwood CDMX son unos novatos en atención y servicio al cliente, a llegar a mi habitacion reservada con cama king size, rapidamente descubrí que la base de la cama estaba rota, el personal de limpieza lo trató de ocultar y esperar no hubiera quejas lo cual es increíblemente absurdo (se hundía el colchon). No fue claro el como y a quien conractar en Wynwood para solucionar este problema, en el edificio etc. Pero a quien podía y me topaba le pregunte y todos (mucamas y staff) me daban excusas y negativas (no se puede arreglar o cambiar) en lugar de posibles soluciones (excepto seguridad que fueron atentos) me dijeron que no se podía cambiar la base y no había habitaciones y tenía que esperar a alguien de mantenimiento para evaluarlo (yo como viajero posponiendo mis planes de viaje por una cama), tuve que sugerirles me dieran habitacion en otra sucursal y en lugar de darme algo mejor por los inconvenientes, me dieron una habitacion de menor rango en plantas bajas con olor a cocina y moscas en el elevador (sucursal Polanco) con cama mas pequeña y tuve que pagar mi traslado por sus errores e incompetencia, no recibí ninguna compensación (ni ajuste de tarifa). Por cierto les hace falta revisar sus envases, no salía acondicionador de lo endurecido de la salida del dispensador. No puedo decir que los lugares eran muy malos pero el personal y atención dejan mucho que desear.

Pesima comunicacion por parte de los encargados de la propiedad. No podiamos entrar ya que nunca nos contactaron para darnos el numero de loft ni la clave para entrar y tuvimos que llamarles, mandar mensajes hasta que nos contestaron. teniamos una cita importante que perdimos gracias a esto
