We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ayant réservé deux chambres triple doubles mitoyenne c’est après la troisième tentative que les chambres était conforme à ce qui avait été payé et demander…première tentative une des chambres avait un lit double cassé, deuxième tentative une des chambre était double et au finale la troisième attribution était la bonne. Dommage qu’il n’y pas eu une préparation et une vérification systématique des infrastructures des chambres Si non mes filles ont appréciées la piscine intérieure extérieur et les toboggans. Le restaurant n’était pas fou fou mais correcte.
