The Ocean Reserve at 19370 Collins Avenue in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, spreads out in the heart of the new Florida Riviera. Located a short walk across Collins Avenue from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and night spots and a few miles from the Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Race Course and Casino, and South Beach. The resort allows guests to enjoy all of South Florida's outdoor fun including golf, deep sea fishing and entertainment. This vacation condo is a large 1 bedroom, 1 full bath unit on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, dining and living areas. It is outfitted with linens, towels and all of the kitchen basics. The master bedroom has a two queen beds, flat screen TV and a walk in closet. Spacious bathroom has tub and shower combination. The large dining room table easily accommodates four. Dining room also has seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The balcony overlooks a beautify park and has chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool, tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There are also a small grocery store, cafe and hair salon on the lobby level. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The Ocean Reserve condominium will be undergoing a building wide exterior concrete restoration program starting during the summer of 2025. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with possible balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. We want to make you aware that a temporary piece of equipment has been placed on the street that runs behind our apartment. It emits a low humming sound when in operation that can be heard from outside the building on our balcony. The apartment owner has petitioned management to remove the temporary piece of equipment and we are waiting for it to be removed. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.
Free self parking is included for one car. Valet parking fees apply for a second car.
