We have an amazing kitchen in the apartament. The property has an incredible kitchen with everything you need. You will be steps from the best beaches in Sunny Isles. The condo has a ping pong table, pool, market, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, both for a fee. If you want to go for a walk, you will be in a quiet area. You will be in the area of the best restaurants. A few minutes walk away you will find banks if you need to carry out transactions in them. You will also be by car close to markets such as Publix or Walmart. The apartment has everything you need for an incredible and memorable vacation. The Condo facilities include a residential gym, tennis courts, a beautiful heated pool with cabanas and 24 hour valet services. The Condo is only steps away from the beach right by Heritage Park making this a top destination for families to visit. At the time of entering the condominium, the guest is required to pay a resort fee, per stay and per rented apartment, one time only. It currently has a value of US$51.50 taxes included.
