The space
Please do not hesitate to inquire before attempting a booking request. This allows us to answer any questions and make sure all info is correct.
This second-floor apartment is set up to sleep up to 5 guests comfortably. It is also perfect for working and using for creative purposes.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit. For your entertainment, we have a 49" HDTV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pan, dishes, coffee maker, blender, and more. The Bathroom has a bathtub shower with fresh linens provided to every guest. Get free parking in the building and free street parking beside the building.

Roaches, ants, and lizards in tropical climates do NOT mean the house is dirty, and despite they are an uncommon situation in our apartments. They are the most common insects in Florida, especially with extreme weather conditions, and sometimes the presence of them in the apartments is out of our control.
*Please make sure that you put the correct number of occupants in the reservation as guests that are not registered won't be able to stay at the property.
