Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Before check-in, all guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply—see House Rules for details.



Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Saturday–Sunday only (no weekday access).



Façade Repairs: Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and workers may be present on the façade during the day. Do not place furniture on balconies—the building may impose fines of up to $3,000.



Pack & Play, High Chair & Rollaway Bed: Available upon request for an additional fee. Subject to availability and must be requested in advance.



Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).

Height clearance: 6’2” (1.88 m). Please confirm your vehicle fits before requesting.

Cozy Condo with great view

Well equipped apartment with fun filled views of the river and a short walk to amazing restaurants and Brickell City Center. Short Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown, Wynwood, and the airport. The unit was clean and as pictured. The management company was very responsive the entire stay. We enjoyed our experience in Brickell.

Property was located in a great location. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views and was wonderful to watch the fireworks from our balcony on New Years Eve!

Top location and perfekt view of the Miami River.
