We had an issue in the room with 2 cockroaches in the room, and we got moved to a smaller room which was not as accommodating as the first one . I understand that this can happen , but I feel i got downgraded with my accommodation, especially because this was of no fault of mine . Would I stay here again ? Probably not . It’s the little things that make a difference in service .

The stay was excellent but the check in was terrible. The hotel was not at fault however. Hotels.com failed to send my reservation to the Arlo so I had to call in to get it taken care of. It took about 45 mins total which, after flying all day, is the last thing I want to deal with. Not to mention, getting there and not having a reservation with people waiting behind you is a very embarrassing experience. I understand mistakes happen and I'm glad it got taken care of but this cannot happen again or I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for listening.

Hotel was what I expected. It is in a heavy populated bar area that was good to know once I stepped outside the ride to the hotel was a little sketchy, but staff was amazing. However, I did go during pride month. My child was not able to use the pool the first day Due to it being basically an adults only party it would have been nice to know beforehand of the events that we’re going on. However, the next day we were able to enjoy the pool I was a little pissed. I couldn’t attend the party because I have the kids but maybe having something posted beforehand either on the website or email sent. I guess that our checking in of things to look out for our events that was happening would be nice.

Arlo is my go to when staying in Miami. It is very very centrally located to everything. Tons of food options and safe for walking. The rooms are a bit tiny, but the decor, staff and facilities make up for it by far.

Hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. I was not made aware of a “dnd” light that was turned on for my room so my bedding and room was not cleaned until the last day of my stay. The hotel made it aware that they may have accidentally hit the “dnd” switch. This was not mentioned at check in, had no idea the switch existed. Paid entirely too much money to not have new towels and bedding everyday.

Bad experience

Not the best stay. The hotel is very loud and having very small rooms doesn't help. Paid a resort fee of $100 and the only thing I was able to use was parking. Restaurant was closed and the Pool and Bar was being used as a bikini photo shoot. Not the best for a family with small children.
