Great hotel, Average experience

It was fine- the room and hotel were lovely but the resort fee wasn’t great seeing as they say it goes towards the WiFi which didn’t work very well, the waters in the room- we stayed 4 days and only had our room serviced once and that was because we asked. Parking is SUPER expensive and no discounts given for staying at the hotel.

The reason I booked here was proximity to SuperBlue. I was familiar with the Wynwood Art walls from a previous trip. However, the neighborhood is probably not safe. There was a police car that continually circled the hotel. Most of the restaurants in the area were either Latin or sushi. The hotel claimed to have a restaurant but it was not open yet. This was a big disappointment especially on a rainy night.

The rooms in the hotel are too small. There’s no room to place an open suitcase anywhere on the floor. Limited closet space. Hallway is noisy and doors closing in other rooms can be heard from the bed inside the room. Other than that, pool was lovely. The customer service was great. They have the best Bloody Mary in town and the bartenders were very friendly and professional.
