Very happy with the stay!

We loved the location and having mini kitchen in room. Bathroom (room #7) was small to sit on toilet but the overall place was perfect. Location was great, security was great too. Lots of cats and a beautiful outside garden to relax in. Overall, enjoyed our few days stay! And the ladies that work there were great!

Everything was great about this stay - Great location less than 10 minutes walking from the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. street parking all around and covered public parking 2 blocks away. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, A/C was cold, shower was hot, all we can expect The reception/living area is great with a beautiful garden area and friendly cats that may come sit on your lap!

Hi- this place was friendly, clean and looks like the picture. I will say it is an older establishment. But it is kept in very good condition. As mentioned before there is no tv but I didn’t care about that. Also the walls are thin so you can hear outside noises. Safe neighborhood. Wonderful host. Very convinient location.

Great Value in the Heart South Beach

I had a very pleasant stay at Barcelona Studios Guesthouse. Adriana and her staff were excellent and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I recommend this location if you want to stay in South Beach but you just want a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. The location is fantastic - just a couple blocks away from the beach and excellent shopping/dining.

Very clean. Noisy street corner but it is South Beach. VERY convenient to lots of things. Dated but respectable. The cats were sweet and shy and well cared for but not curious about visitors, even skitish.

Converted building into small suites. No TV. Not gonna lie, I was kinda looking for bedbugs. Just needed a place to lay my head for a couple of nights. Convenient access to restaurants right outside. About a five minute walk to the convention centre.
